It has to be noted that my CTpmsMarket was set at EU.ĭid you only try CTpmsMarket set to EU or did you switch to it after setting it to US first? You did prefer the latter setting with the previous Euro MDM coding. I find this Euro-MDM to be a great asset for wet track driving and spirited street driving. Overall, I think it is a noticeable improvement for the better. It still does not tolerate high speed high slip angles and also interferes with attempts at throttle steering even at lower speeds. That being said, in the dry, even this latest Euro-MDM is still way too intrusive for fast lap times.
No more hard yanking at the chain and aggressive power cuts. But with decent/appropriate input, MDM would smoothly and subtely bring the car back in line. I can see folks that do not have the reflexes to do "some" appropriate corrections spinning the car.
MDM would step-in very smoothly when I overcooked it, but still allowing pretty steep yaw angles. With NT01s that were on their second life as slicks, it became quite hairy when the track got wet. It was rather cold and we had some rain spells. If I did not know better, I would think I am a hero. Intervention are not abrupt at all, almost seamless. The best way I can describe this latest version is "smooth". Weather was far from stellar, so I had plenty of opportunities to play with this latest itteration of Euro-MDM. The parameter denoted by (**) is the one that has been updated in 3.59.0.ĭamn 3.59 is out now? I just got updated last week (to 58.3) Hopefully nothing revolutionary. If coding from CAFD_00001A33_001_003_002, the parameters denoted with (*) above will already be set at their correct value. CTRefShift > nicht_aktiv (not active) = 00 (*).Assuming that, as before, CTpmsMarket is best left set to US, the latest Euro2 MDM coding is as follows: After that go to C:Data and erase the existing “Psdzdata” folder and copy this extracted new one in the same location. In the latest PSdZData (3.59.0), BMW has further tweaked the Euro MDM settings: the value of UiwSetLevelPc has been changed from Werte=0F to Werte=11.It’s recommended to use the Psdzdata “Lite” version because it has all the Firmware data removed so it saves a lot of space!.The BMW ESys installation doesn’t contain any data so you must copy the data into the right folder.
